Axemann Brewery is a 27,000 square foot production brewery and taproom located in a revitalized metal factory. The design and construction focused on repurposing original metal works and features, paying respect to the site’s industrial roots just as our brewery operations are a tribute to German purity methods and both European and American craft beer cultures. Our production operation features:
•30-barrel brewing system with 60- and 30-barrel fermenters
•Current capacity for 90 barrels / week + room for expansion
•Pilot system for ongoing new beer trials –
