Restaurants are independently owned and operated. Axemann Brewery is a 27,000 square-foot production brewery and taproom located in Happy Valley, in a revitalized metal factory in Bellefonte, Centre County, PA. The design and construction of the facility were focused on repurposing existing metal works, lights, windows, and other features, paying respect to the site’s heritage and creating a cool industrial vibe. The atmosphere and spaciousness, large TVs and game area, and open-air seating overlooking a stream and active railroad combine to make Axemann a unique destination for craft beer lovers! Axemann’s vision is to brew and serve quality beers true to regional origins, and the 30-barrel production operation specializes in European and American east and west coast styles. Blue Stripe, a Kolsch known for “everyday excellence”, is Axemann’s flagship beer. A variety of other styles are always on tap including lager, pilsner, stout, pale ale, black raspberry wheat ale, and several IPAs. Local ciders, wines, and spirits are also available along with food from two onsite kitchens.
